Terms and conditions
Purchasing an Item
When you have placed your Friski Wear order through our check out page and have received confirmation of your order, this is to indicate that we have received your order to be processed. It does not indicate at this stage that a contract exists between us. We will inform you of acceptance of the order, and therefore create a contract between us, when we send you the invoice this is normally sent shortly after you have placed your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made on the website for pricing, inadvertently under-priced goods, or when we are no longer able to supply you with a particular product for some reason or fulfil your entire order. In the case of any change to your order for pricing or stock we will of course contact you first and establish that both parties are happy before we proceed with the new amended order.
We make every effort we can to make sure that our online stock levels up to date and correct. To ensure this we update the site and stock levels daily. In the event of an error or unforeseen circumstance relating to our stock a full refund is always offered and then you will have the choice to wait for the item to come back into stock or choose an alternative item for the same equivalent value. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any queries prior to ordering.
Credit Card Secure Payment is taken using the Stripe secure server or Paypal. We never see your card details as the page is provided by our 3rd Party banking provider. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
