Shipping

 

Here at Friski we want to get our products into your hands as quickly as possible so we try our best to ship all orders within one working day. During super busy periods it may take a little longer and could be up to three days. Delivery times are on top of this time and we can only send you your goods once payment has been confirmed.

 

We ship internationally and the price will be calculated for you at the checkout. If you are unsure if we have you covered then just drop us a email.

 

Don’t forget that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

 

If we need to, we reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order, this is because sometimes further security checks will be needed to verify a payment and this may delay an order. Don’t worry though we will contact you if there is a delay or an item is out of stock.

 

Delivery times are guidelines only and can be seen when you reach the checkout. While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping time-frame. Processing and delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

 

When you receive your items, there will be no packing slip or invoice, here at Friski Wear we are conscious of the environment and unnecessary waste so we’re saving the paper on this one. Instead you will receive your invoice via email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will then receive an email shortly after letting you know a few other bits of important information so you’ll always be clued in. Returns

 

We want to make sure that you are always happy to receive a package from Friski Wear. If, however, you require a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below. If you require any assistance with requesting a refund or exchange, please email us.

 

What is the returns policy?

 

We will provide a refund for any items within 14 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund. You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take a few working days to appear on your statement.

 

We reserve the right to reject the request of a return if we believe your intent is to purchase the same item(s) at a discounted price. 

 

We will need everything back just the way we sent it out to you so all garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging. We will not issue a refund if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

 

What if my item(s) damaged or faulty?

 

Firstly, we are super sorry, we do everything we can to make sure we send Friski Wear products we are proud of and that you will look great in, sometimes though mistakes might be made. If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line. We will get back to you as soon as we can to get it sorted. 

 

How do I arrange a return?

 

To return your product first drop us an email to getfriski@friskiwear.com quoting ‘return’ and your order number so that way we know to expect your returns and can get them processed straight away. Then all you have to do is return the package back to us at the address:

We advise you to send the items recorded delivery, and keep the receipt of proof so that you will know when it arrives and can claim through the method of delivery should there be any issues. 

 

What is your exchange policy?

 

We will exchange any full-priced items within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

 

All exchanges are based on stock availability. We are able to offer an exchange for style and size, however if the exchanged style is more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited accordingly. We reserve the right to not refund the difference in price if you exchange any full priced item(s) for a discounted item(s).

 

All garments must be in a re-saleable condition, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached, presented in their original packaging. We will not issue an exchange if the items show any signs of wear or are damaged, soiled or altered. We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.

 

Please note that we can’t accept returns or exchanges for items purchased at any third party retailer. We recommend getting in contact with the store directly if you have any questions or concerns.

 

How do I arrange an exchange?

 

To exchange your product first drop us an email to getfriski@friskiwear.com quoting ‘exchange’ and your order number so that way we know to expect your exchange and can get them processed straight away. In the email please confirm the goods you are planning on returning and also the items you want to exchange them for. We will drop you an email back to remind you how to send the package back to us and also will clarify the payment process if the exchange is for a product of greater value. Then all you have to do is return the package back to us at the address:
